Publication: Workflow Optimization - A Handout for Efficient Open Access Processes

This handout supports practitioners seeking to design more effective and efficient open access workflows. It draws on findings from the DFG-funded project Transform2Open, summarizing insights from a literature review and expert interviews. Based on these, it offers concrete recommendations to further develop and optimize existing processes.

This document and the recently published article in bit-online (in German), which provides examples of how to implement the recommendations contained in the handbook, help OA practitioners to make their OA workflows more targeted and efficient.
