Transform2Open at the 111. BiblioCon!

| News

Transform2Open was able to reach a broad audience with two contributions at the 111. BiblioCon.

The first of these contributions was made by Tobias Höhnow, University Library of the University of Potsdam, with a short presentation of initial ideas and impulses from the Transform2Open work package "Kompetenzen" on competency profiles in the open access transformation as part of the public working session "Stellenprofile in der Open-Access-Administration".

In the session "Open Access Strategien und Vernetzung", Lea Maria Ferguson, Helmholtz Open Science Office, and Margit Schön, Zentralbibliothek Forschungszentrum Jülich, presented the Transform2Open project to a professional audience. The contribution "Transform2Open - Vernetzung in der Open-Access-Transformation" highlighted the goals of the DFG project, which was launched at the beginning of 2023, and its activities for the success of the Open Access transformation.

The presentation slides of both contributions can be found linked at our project publications.
